(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Aug. 9 (Petra) -- The weather on Sunday is forecast to be moderate in the mountains and plains and hot in other parts of the Kingdom, with low-altitude clouds and easterly moderate to brisk winds causing dust formation in desert areas, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
On Monday and Tuesday, the weather is expected to remain generally moderate.
Temperatures in Amman today are predicted to reach a high of 31 degrees during the day and a low of 20 at night, while in the Dead Sea and Aqaba it will hit 39, 40 degrees respectively during daytime, sliding to 27 and 26 during night hours.
