Morocco suffers seven new COVID-19 deaths, 1,063 infections


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, July 31 (KUNA) -- The Health Ministry of Morocco reported Friday seven new coronavirus fatalities, taking the country's victims toll up to 353.
In a press statement, the ministry also confirmed that 1,063 people were diagnosed with the deadly virus in the past 24 hours.
This raises the total number of infections in the North African nation up to 24,322 since the pandemic outbreak, it revealed.
It added that 347 COVID-19 patients recovered today, increasing the number of recoveries to 17,658. (end)
