As previously announced, Divergent's AGM will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. MDT.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are encouraged not to attend the AGM in person and instead should plan to return proxies prior to 48 hours before the meeting.
