(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) DOHA, June 4 (KUNA) -- Qatari Health Ministry confirmed the number of coronavirus infections reached 1,581 and 1,926 patients' recovery from the virus on Thursday.
In a statement, the ministry said the total number of infections in the country has reached 63,741 stressing that the new infections are related to labor workers who contracted the disease from others who were infected.
The ministry added infections has increased among citizens and residents are result of contacting other previously infected patients.
The ministry noted that the total number of recovery reached 39,468 cases. (end)
