A statement relesaed by the Syrian health ministry said that 20 more coronavirus patients have been reported in the country on Monday, which has increased the total number of COVID-19 infections across Syria to 106.
The ministry said that all of the newly diagnosed patients are ones who came back from abroad as a part of the Syrian govenrment measures to help the stranded Syrian citizens come back to the country.
The minsitry said that 41 pateints have recovered from the virus in total as four others died of the disease.
China has been supporting Syria in its fight againts coronavirus, China has donated 2,016 coronavirus tests kits to Syria on the 15th of April in a batck of donations.
