This platform will help in improving commercial and investment climate in the country, protect consumers and companies, and direct communication between the ministry and private sector to provide the appropriate knowledge environment to deal with the consequences of the pandemic.
The platform also provides information on requirements and procedures for dealing with customers and suppliers and offers suggestions for how to contribute to increasing sales during this pandemic, and provide an overview of the most affected sectors and promising sectors.
In addition, the platform reviews the incentive packages launched by the UAE for the business sector to address the effects of this pandemic, whether at the federal or local level, as well as a set of motivational messages addressed to the business community about the position of the country's economy, in addition to the most prominent features of the investment environment and the legislative aspect of the business environment in the UAE.
The platform also provides a window for direct communication, as this window provides the field for the business community to submit general inquiries through direct communication with the Investment Department of the Ministry of Economy, in addition to a special section for frequent and common questions related to foreign direct investment, and reviews a set of reports and summaries about the impact of the Corona virus on flows direct foreign investment.
