Kuwait- Four more deaths in Norway from coronavirus, toll 26


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BRUSSELS, March 30 (KUNA) -- The Norwegian Institute of Public Health Monday announced that four more patients have died in the last 24-hours raising the toll to 26 deaths in Norway from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
In a press statement, the institute stated that 124 new cases were reported, raising the total to 4,226 people with confirmed COVID-19 in Norway.
A total of 87,191 people have been tested for covid-19, in Norway. About four percent of those tests were positive.
At least 153 of the infected people have been admitted to intensive care unit of whom 104 are still hospitalized.
The average age of the 153 who have been or are admitted to intensive care is 60 years and 76 percent are men. (end)
