Jordan- Electricity meter readings to be examined after curfew: EMRC


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Mar. 29 (Petra) -- The Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission (EMRC) on Sunday stressed that its top priority under these exceptional circumstances is to supply electricity to citizens.
In a press statement, Wijdan Rabadi, Deputy Chairman of the EMRC, said that the electricity meter readings issue will be looked into after curfew ends according to a fair and logical mechanism.
Meanwhile, the Jordan Electricity Company assured that its engineering and technical cadres are carrying on work as usual and providing the Amman, Zarqa, Madaba, and Salt governorates with electricity.
