(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has instructed Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) to allocate KD 10 million (USD 30.3 million) for an emergency response program to mitigate coronavirus fallout, said KFAS.
