Kingdom's 'real wealth' is its human resources — Razzaz

(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN — The Kingdom needs to adopt a holistic approach to human resources, which is Jordan's "real wealth", Prime Minister Omar Razzaz said on Thursday.

During a workshop organised by the Lower House's Administrative Committee in cooperation with the National Democratic Institute to discuss the future of the Kingdom's human resources, the premier noted that human resources development requires focusing more on preschool education as a foundational part of that process. Razzaz also urged the Institute of Public Administration to exert more efforts in addressing the development of human resources, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

MP Ali Hajahjeh, head of the committee, said that the workshop aims at offering applicable proposals for decision makers on developing the Kingdom's human resources.
