(MENAFN- The Peninsula) New Delhi: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, who is visiting India, met with HE Minister of Defense of the Republic of India Rajnath Singh.
An official reception ceremony was held for the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs at the headquarters of the Indian Ministry of Defense in New Delhi.
During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two sides and ways of enhancing and developing them, as well as the latest developments in the region.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Qatar to India HE Mohammed bin Khater Al Khater, the Commander of the Amiri Land Forces HE Major General Saeed Hussain Al Khayarin, and a number of senior commanders of the Qatari Armed Forces.
