(MENAFN) According to Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co., its board of directors asked shareholders to be present at a presentation on the newest developments of its fiscal restructuring plan on Feb. 4.
The presentation will present update on the current status of the company's Financial Restructuring Proposal (FRP), timeline and the newest developments on its capital reform plan.
It said, the results of the gathering will be stated in due course.
The Dammam commercial court released a ruling to start Al-Khodari's financial restructuring under the Kingdom's new bankruptcy law, appointing Saleh Abdullah Al-Naeem as financial restructuring secretary in July 2019.
