(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The Contitutional Council ha approved Preident Gotabaya Rajapaka' recommendation to appoint the Preident of the Court of Appeal Yaantha Kodagoda PC, a a Supreme Court judge.
Preident Rajapaka had ent the recommendation to the Contitutional Council recently.
Kodagoda had been appointed the the Preident of Court of Appeal in March lat year.
The Contitutional Council alo approved the appointment of jutice A.H.M.D Nawaz a the Preident of the Court of Appeal. (Colombo Gazette)
