Morocco confiscates 2.23 tons of cannabis

Police in Morocco released a statement saying that the security in the country has confiscated 2.23 tons of cannabis in Agadir city on Saturday.

The statement said that the drugs were hidden inside 112 packages and put in a truck.

The statement also said that the international drug trafficking operation happened in a residential neighborhood in the city.

3 suspects with ages between 50 and 57 were apprehended in the case, police have also confiscated a car, a truck and 14 mobile phones.
