Kuwaiti female honor students' delegation departs to Tunisia

KUWAIT, Jan 15 (KUNA) -- A delegation including 12 Kuwaiti honor female students departed to Tunisia on Tuesday night, as part of the annual cultural program, " be one of the honor students" organized by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
KFAED delegation head Sherifa Al-Sabah said in remarks to KUNA that this trip is of a great opportunity to the Kuwaiti students to see first-hand Kuwait's distinguished role in the development of countries abroad, like Tunisia.
It contributes to offering new experience and knowledge to the students, and allows them to learn how to be responsible individuals.
KFAED annually organizes a trip for honor male and female students of high school since 2010, to various parts of the world, as a contribution to social development. This is the 11th trip.
The Fund, founded back in 1961, is the first developmental firm in the Middle East funding the developmental projects in Arab countries and other developing nations. (end)
