The rain-hit match ended in a draw, however, both sides will be happy with their batting displays in Rawalpindi .
Lanka scored 308/6d, whereas, Pakistan managed 252/2.

The 32-year-old Abid became the first batsman ever to score hundreds on Test and ODI debut.
Earlier in March 2019, Abid had scored 112 against Australia in Dubai during his maiden ODI match.
Now, on the final day of the historic Test against Sri Lanka, Abid, who was playing his first Test, went on to register a century in the format.
Records Babar slams third career Test ton, surpasses 1,500 runs
Babar Azam (102*) slammed his third career Test century.
This was also his second Test ton in 2019.
The stylish Babar surpassed the 1,500-run mark in Tests (1,547).
He shared an unbeaten 162-run stand for the third wicket alongside Abid (109*).
Azhar Ali (5,767 runs) needs just two more to get past former cricketer Saleem Malik (5,768) in terms of career Test runs.
First Test ton on home soil for Babar 1st Test How did the match pan out?
The rain-curtailed encounter between the two teams is the first Test being played in Pakistan in the last 10 years, since the 2009 attacks.
Bad weather played spoilsport on all previous four days and only 91.5 overs were played.
The fourth day was also abandoned without a ball being bowled.
On Day 5, the visitors declared their innings at 308/6.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka's Dhananjaya de Silva (102*) slammed his sixth career Test century. He now has 1,726 runs in 28 Test matches at 35.22. Skipper Dimuth Karunaratne (59) slammed his 23rd career Test fifty.
