(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: The Hawalli police have registered a suicide attempt case against an unidentified Liberian maid who allegedly attempted to end her life by jumping from the second floor of her Lebanese sponsor's apartment, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources said according to a statement given to the police by the Lebanese woman, she saw the maid standing on the edge of the second floor apartment window and in a swift action grabbed the maid and pulled her down, calmed her down and called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior.
