(MENAFN) Seven people were murdered as a result of a fire broke out in an inhabited building in western Russia, TASS news agency reported Saturday.
The fire reportedly took place at 4:48 a.m. local time (0148 GMT) in a two-story apartment building in Rostov of the Yaroslavl region, 250 km northeast of Moscow.
Earlier reports affirmed that five kids and an adult were murdered as a result of the incident.
According to Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations, 600 square meters of the building roof were totally burnt out.
