This 2-pole unit comes equipped with three 60-amp 600V fuses and four NPT hubs. This explosion proof unit offers instant response to surges and electrical spikes in flammable work sites.
TheEPFDS-60A-3P-2X60A.600V-FA explosion-proof fused disconnectis rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; Class I, Zones 1 and 2, Groups IIB and IIA; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G; and Class III hazardous locations. This unit is rated at 600V AC and features three 60-amp 2-pole 600V fast-acting fuses. This unit is made of cast aluminum and features a rectangular bolted cover with cover bolts made from stainless steel.
Larson Electronics' explosion-proof fused disconnect features an external on/off lever that can be locked into 'off' position with room for up to three padlocks to deter tampering. Four NPT hubs are provided on the enclosure for completing electrical connections with two 2' hubs and two 0.5' hubs on the north and south sides of the unit. This unit can be mounted on flat surfaces and is suitable for sensitive equipment, LED lighting systems, computers, and more.
