Gillian Leithman


(MENAFN- The Conversation) Gillian holds an honour's undergraduate degree in Psychology, an MSc in Management and a multi-disciplinary Ph.D. in Management and Psychology. She is an adjunct professor at Concordia University where she teaches Leadership Development in the executive MBA program and organizational behaviour in the Goodman Institute of Investment Management.

When she is not teaching, Gillian facilitates seminars and workshops on soft skills training in corporate Canada. Her research interests include healthy workplaces, the multigenerational workforce, age friendly workforces, retirement, and knowledge Management. She loves taking social science research and translating into practice.
