Houthi attack kills 2 civilians in Yemen's Dhale


(MENAFN) On Saturday, as many as two Yemeni civilians were murdered as a result of sniping attack conducted by the Houthi rebel group in the southern province of Dhale, a security official informed Xinhua.

The local security source emphasized in condition of secrecy that a Houthi sniper murdered two persons close to their home in the northern parts of Dhale, where battles is still ongoing.

The source stated that the Houthi operation was seemingly conducted to hit the pro-government soldiers posted in the area of Qataba.

He added, "The killed civilians were passing near a village that's witnessing armed confrontations between the pro-government forces and the Houthis".
