Suluk village in N. Syria liberated from terrorists by Turkish op


(MENAFN) On Sunday, Turkey's Operation Peace Spring in northern Syria resulted in the liberation of a village which was captured by terrorists.

The village of Suluk in southeastern Tal Abyad town was cleared of YPG/PKK terrorist organization as a result of the operation conducted in the region.

Turkey-supported rebel group Syrian National Army is clearing the region from terrorists to bring security to the area.

On Wednesday, Turkey launched Operation Peace Spring to end the terrorist existence in northern Syria in the aim of protecting Turkey's borders, aid in the safe return of Syrian refugees, and guarantee Syria's territorial integrity.
