(MENAFN) A deal was secured between Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah) and Mayasem Holding for the first educational park to be established in the GCC nation.
The lease and development contract will be for the operation of the Educational Park, which covers 16,293 sq m of the education district in Isa Town.
In a statement, Edamah affirmed that through the park, students will be provided with an exceptional learning experience.
Edamah further added that the park includes high-tech education centres with halls that will be leased to schools as well as institutions, allowing lectures, workshops, hands on training programs among other plans.
