(MENAFN) Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry announced the country to have engaged in political consultations with Finland to review relations between the two countries.
Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov to Helsinki headed the Azerbaijani delegation, entering talks with Secretary of State of the Finnish Foreign Ministry Matti Anttonen.
Maimo Henriksson, Director General for Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia, also held a meeting with the deputy foreign minister.
Both sides assessed cooperation between Finland and Azerbaijan while discussing the prospects of collaboration between them.
