A report from the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs showed that the prices of the Chinese agricultural products climbed on Monday.
The China agricultural product wholesale price index set at 112.64 on Monday, increasing 0.1 points from last Friday.
The average wholesale price of pork added 0.9 percent from last Friday to reach USD5.2 per kilogram.
The average wholesale price of 28 types of vegetables added 0.5 percent to USD0.55 per kg, while that of six types of fruits increased 1.4 percent to USD0.81 per kg from last Friday.
