(MENAFN) The results of the international probe into the attack on oil plants will be released soon, as said on Saturday by Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir.
The Saudi Press Agency reported that, in a press conference done in capital Riyadh, he blamed Iran for standing behind the attack that influenced the global oil markets, adding the attack on the plants of Saudi Oil Company (Aramco) in the Eastern Province didn't only target Saudi Arabia but also the global energy security.
He also said that, "We have asked the United Nations to send their experts and some countries are involved in the investigation, in which the results would be announced soon," highlighting the probe goal to verify the source of the attack.
Jubeir said that the attack wasn't from Yemen but from "the north."
The minister said that Saudi Arabia had been targeted by over 260 "Iranian-made" missiles and 150 drones.
