(MENAFN) Real estate loans that were granted by Kuwait Credit Bank (KCB) during the eighth month of this year stood at an overall of USD64 million.
Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported that the Kuwaiti bank reached KWD 140,000 in overall loan portfolio of expansion and restoration in August.
Meanwhile, the volume of loans presented for the establishment of private lands accounted for KWD 1.2 million, while loans to set up government land hit KWD 11 million.
"The total number of loans for buying houses reached KWD 3.9 million. The amount of expenses for the expansion and restoration of private housing amounted to KWD 130,000, and total loans for the expansion and restoration of government houses was around KWD 1 million," KUNA added.
