Jordan- Moderate weather forecast for three days


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Sept. 21 (Petra) -- Lower temperatures and low-altitude clouds are expected on Saturday, as moderate weather conditions prevail in the highlands and plains, said the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
The JMD forecast moderate northwesterly winds, which are expected to pick up with possible raised dust especially in the Badia region.
The highs in Amman and much of the northern region will climb to 30 degrees Celsius, sliding to 18 degrees at night. In the southern highlands, daytime temperatures will be in the 27 degrees vicinity, while nighttime temperatures will fall to 15 degrees.
Highs in the port city of Aqaba are predicted to reach 36 degrees, with lows dropping to 26 degrees Celsius, it added.
Sunday and Monday will bring in mild temperatures, with moderate weather conditions prevailing in the highlands and plains, while it will be relatively hot in other areas.
