Saudi king, Pakistani PM discuss attack on Aramco facilities


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH, Sept 19 (KUNA) -- Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud held talks Thursday with visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan.
During the talks, Prime Minister of Pakistan condemned the sabotage attack on Aramco plants, expressing Pakistan's support for the Kingdom in the face of these blatant attacks, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
For his part, the Saudi King voiced appreciation of Pakistan's stance and assured that the Kingdom was capable of dealing with the effects of this criminal act which aimed at destabilizing the security and stability of the region and global energy supplies.
The talks also touched upon the close relations between the two countries and the latest regional and international developments. (end)
