(MENAFN) The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) said on Wednesday that, at the sixth World Internet Conference (WIC), reports on China and world Internet progress will be released to forecast the future trend of Internet development.
Liu Liehong deputy director of the CAC said at a press conference that, the reports will show global Internet improvement in the past five decades and the history of Chinese Internet through the last 25 years.
Liu said that, internet infrastructure, innovation capability, development of the digital economy, Internet application, Internet security and governance will be added into the assessment to ease China's Internet development.
Between Oct. 20 and 22, the sixth WIC will be held in the river town of Wuzhen, east China's Zhejiang region.
