ASX:MNF ) ( FRA:M2S ) is pleased to advise that the subscription price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) applicable to the 2019 final dividend is $4.75 per share.
This Subscription price represents a 4.54% discount to the 5 day Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) ending on 18 September 2019.
The company received subscriptions for 17.8M shares from 688 shareholders. This represents participation from 24.2% of the company's issued capital and 18.4% of the shareholder base.
