The ROP has arrested four citizens on charges of vandalism in Dhahirah governorate.
An ROP official said that Ibri Police Station received several complaints from the victims that licence plates of their cars were damaged near their homes.
'After investigations, the accused were arrested. Legal action has been initiated against them,' the official added.
