The ROP has arrested ten persons for stealing private vehicles.
In a statement, the ROP said, 'Referring to what has been circulated on social media channels and reports received by us, the accused used reprogrammed keys to steal them.'
An official said the accused have been referred to the authorities for investigations. 'We urge motorists to take precautions to safeguard their vehicles.'
