(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) Eight policemen attached to the Chilaw Anti Vice Squad have been interdicted, the Police media uni said.
The Police said that they were interdicted over alleged misconduct.
The policemen, including a Sub Inspector of the Chilaw Anti Vice Squad were accused of obtaining money from a gambling spot.
