Trump slames New York Times over Kavanaugh story

(MENAFN) On Monday, a stream of tweets were published from the U.S President Donald Trump accusing and attacking New York Times following their correction to the news about Supreme Court alleged sexual misconduct of Justice Brett Kavanaugh's story. On Twitter, Trump requested for "the Resignation of everybody at The New York Times involved in" in Kavanaugh story.

New York Times has reported that a former colleagues of Kavanaugh's saw him assaulting a woman sexually in the dorm party in 1980s, Yale University.

In the new published story, it is implied that the initial story were taken from a new coming book which declares that the woman in the story "declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident."

It is not the first time for Trump to attack U.S media and accusing it for publishing undesirable aspects of him where experts say this may lead to inaccuracy and independency of the press in U.S. For now, New York Times is one of the most targeted agency by U.S President.
