The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a traffic closure along approximately 500 metres of Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street starting from Al Wedyaan Street in the direction towards Al Amir Street.
The opposite lane will still be open for traffic. In coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, this temporary closure will be implemented from tomorrow until November 30, 2019 to facilitate the completion of infrastructure service lines upgrading works as part of Improvement of Main Roads in Al Nasr Area Project. Traffic on Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street will be required to use the traffic signal at the intersection of Mohamed Bin Al Qassim and Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Streets to turn right or left then get onto a parallel road to Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street to reach Al Amir Street, as shown in the map.
