Sayyid Asaad bin Tariq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, will patronise the official opening ceremony of the main building of Salalah Free Zone (SFZ) on Monday.
The building has been built with the highest international standards to provide integrated services for investors and companies operating in SFZ. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of business services and facilitate all procedures to boost competitiveness and achieve the economic goals of SFZ.
The expansion is in line with the sultanate's sustainable development goals. Ali bin Mohammed Tabuk, chief executive officer, SFZ, said that the building will play a key role in attracting more investments in the free zone which has touched an estimated US$7.8bn.
