(MENAFN- PRLog) -- Trevor Simon, a superintendent with Alten Construction, recently celebrated his 20-year anniversary with the full-service San Francisco Bay Area commercial construction company.
Simon began his career at Alten Construction as a carpenter. Since that time, he has become an expert in rough carpentry and in building framing. Simon also has extensive experience as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent to each project he runs.
In his role, Simon provides detailed constructability reviews and design input for finalization of project plans, performs comprehensive investigations of the site conditions and prepares and updates the preliminary project schedule and logistics plan during the pre-construction phase. Once the project is under construction, Simon manages the project from the field, overseeing Alten Construction's crews and other trades on site.
Alten Construction was founded in 1995. The commercial construction company has grown since then and now employs more than 100 people. This year, 12 employees will celebrate at least a decade working there.
