(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Light to moderate rainfall has hit parts of UAE on Saturday afternoon.
Rainfall had hit the Wadi Al Helo in Sharjah, Masfoot in Ajman and the Dubai-Hatta road.
According to a tweet by National Center of Meteorology in UAE, the Al Manaie area in Ras Al Khaimah had also experienced rainfall this afternoon.
The authority had earlier forecast convective cloud formation accompanied by winds and rainfall. These were predicted to cause the blowing of sand and dust reducing the visibility to less than 200 meters at times.
