(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat -
Ooredoo has awarded a contract to OHI, partnering with 6d Technologies, to have a distribution management system (DMS) implemented countrywide before the end of the year, across all Ooredoo dealers.
OHI Telecommunications will deliver the project to Ooredoo Oman as part of Ooredoo's digital transformation initiatives in sales and distribution channels and enhancement of channel productivity.
The DMS will provide a number of benefits, including real-time stock visibility of indirect sales channels, monitoring of supply chains between distributors and dealers and overall management of distribution channels, among others.
The main benefit to the company's sales distribution channels will be to transform processes from manual to automated, right up to the final sales to customers, completely revolutionising communications and procedures.
