(MENAFN) On Thursday, Turkish interior minister stated that Turkey has "neutralized" 635 PKK terrorists in more than 80,000 anti-terror raids which have been conducting since the beginning of the current year.
Suleyman Soylu affirmed in the capital Ankara, "We have neutralized 635 PKK terrorists in 80,570 operations since the start of this year".
In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK - considered as a terrorist group by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU - has been responsible for the murder of nearly 40,000 people, including women, children, and infants.
