Brazil seals trade agreement with UK

(MENAFN) Brazil's Economy Ministry announced that the country secured a memorandum of understanding with the UK, aiming to expand and strengthen bilateral trade.

Under the agreement, steps will be imposed next month to ease processes including registering intellectual property rights for facilitating exports.

Looking to assist Brazilian small- and medium-size companies to enter international value chains, the British Cross-Government Prosperity Fund will be allocating USD24.2 million as investments.

The fund was confirmed to be presenting a budget valued at USD1.454 billion in order to make investments in developing nations until March 2023.
