U.S. shares have declined on Tuesday as investors saw corporate earnings reports with worries of a potential economic recession.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.66 percent to set at 25,962.44 points. The S&P 500 shed 0.79 percent to 2,900.51 points. The Nasdaq Composite Index descended 0.68 percent residing at 7,948.56 points.
Quarterly income of Home Depot USD30.8 billion was reported, increasing 1.2 percent from the previous year's same period, its earnings per share reached USD3.17.
