Lao police said that 8 people died and 20 others were wounded, along with 8 missing in a bus crash in the northern part of Laos, according to Xinhua.
The accident happened as a tour bus transporting 43 Chinese tourists, tour assistant and 2 Lao nationals along with the driver skidded off a road.
8 dead bodies were discovered in the wreckage so far, the police said that the accident most likely resulted because of a brake failure.
