Monday's Shenzhen Special Zone Daily said that Walmart is planning to open 100 new stores in Guangdong Province in southern China in the next 5 years.
The stores will have the shopping centers, community stores and the company's Sam's Club warehouse stores as the company keeps increasing investment in the district.
Walmart has revealed plans to introduce 16 new Sam's Club stores to its existing 24 stores in china by 2020.
