Sri Lanka- Two more JMI members arrested


(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) Two more members of the Jamathei Millathu Ibraheem (JMI) who received weapons training have been arrested.

The Police said that the two JMI members had been arrested in Ampara.

According to the Police the two suspects had received weapons training at a training camp operated by the mastermind of the Easter attacks, Zahran Hashim in Nuwara Eliya.

The JMI was banned in Sri Lanka following the Easter Sunday attacks.
