The pleasant weather in Muscat governorate will continue as the maximum temperature is likely to be around 34°C on Monday, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) has said.
On Sunday, the maximum temperature was recorded in Fahud at 45°C and minimum in Jebel Shams at 18°C.
For Monday and Tuesday, PACA stated, 'There will be cloudy skies along the coastal areas of Dhofar governorate and adjoining mountains with intermittent drizzle.
'It will be mainly clear skies over the rest of the sultanate with chances of cloud formation and isolated rain, occasional thunderstorm over Al Hajar mountains and chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog along most of the coastal areas.'
