(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: The corpse of a Kuwaiti, born in 1992, was found in his flat in Mangaf. Due to the foul smell emanating from the flat, somebody called the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry which dispatched securitymen to the location.
When the securitymen entered the fl at, they found the body of the citizen. A case was registered and the corpse was referred to Forensics to determine the cause of death.
