(MENAFN- Arab Times) Visiting team inspects facilities
KUWAIT CITY, July 23: Director General of Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) Yousef Al-Fawzan affirmed that the visiting US team has certified Kuwait International Airport as a safe airport with all required measures in place and without any security loopholes, reports Al-Anba daily.
He explained that the team which was assigned to inspect Kuwait International Airport clarified that the airport is safe like the international airports of high-security specifications, especially after Kuwait applied the security conditions and measures applied in other airports.
Meanwhile, Al-Fawzan said DGCA is waiting for approval of the Cabinet to renew the services of five top officials in their functional positions, adding that it is seeking to fill all the vacancies in all sectors and departments of DGCA.
