(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, July 21 (Petra)-- The Jordanian-Syrian Parliamentary Brotherhood Committee, chaired by MP Tareq Khoury, handed over a list of Jordanian detainees in Syrian prisons to the acting Syrian Ambassador to Jordan, Ayman Alloush, in order to follow up on and made efforts to release them.
During a visit on Sunday to the Syrian Embassy in Amman, the committee handed over Alloush an honor shield on the occasion of concluding his term in Jordan and his role and efforts in restoring bilateral ties between the two countries and means of enhancing them in all fields, especially economic and trade, and opening border crossings to address challenges facing both sides.
Khoury called for unifying Arab efforts in building political and economic blocs capable of refuting conspiracies targeting the Arab countries, especially attempts to destroy the Palestinian cause.
